Terms of Service

1. Products. 1827.online sells digital fintech products — white-label APIs, POS systems, banking UI kits, and full banking software — and facilitates introductions for payment-provider partnerships. We are a software vendor, not a bank, e-money issuer, or licensed financial institution.

2. Payment. All purchases are settled in Bitcoin (BTC) or Tether (USDT) to an address we provide at checkout. Orders are marked paid only after manual verification by our team. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, in the wrong amount, or on the wrong network.

3. Delivery. Digital downloads unlock once your payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to keep your download and any license keys secure.

4. Refunds. Because our products are digital and delivered on confirmation, sales are final once a download has been unlocked.

5. Licensing partnerships. Any introduction to a licensed payment provider is made in good faith; final approval, licensing, and compliance are the responsibility of the licensed provider and the applying business.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to use our products for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
