Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
All purchases are paid in Bitcoin (BTC) or Tether (USDT). We do not accept cards, bank transfers, or any other payment method.
How is my payment confirmed?
After sending payment to the address shown at checkout, submit your transaction ID (and optionally a screenshot) from your order page. Our team manually verifies the transaction on-chain before marking the order as paid.
When can I download my product?
Your download unlocks in your dashboard immediately after an admin confirms your payment. This is usually quick, but can take longer outside business hours.
What if I sent the wrong amount?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and transaction ID and we will help resolve it.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are non-refundable once the download has been unlocked. If your payment has not yet been confirmed, contact us on WhatsApp to cancel the order.
